Prices for the studios are priced on a desk rate of £275 per month plus VAT.

Studio 1 - number of desks 7 - monthly membership - £1,925.00 plus VAT (£23,100 per annum plus VAT)
Studio 4 - number of desks 4 - monthly membership - £1,100.00 plus VAT (£13,200 per annum plus VAT)
Studio 6 - number of desks 6 - monthly membership - £1,650.00 plus VAT (£19,800 per annum plus VAT)
Studio 7 - number of desks 4- monthly membership - £1,100.00 plus VAT (£13,200 per annum plus VAT)

The membership includes business rates, utilities, high-speed internet, meeting room access, free hot drinks, phone booths, discounts at on site café and bar and access to community events.

For larger teams looking for more desks than advertised, additional day passes would need to be purchased. This can be discussed in further detail with our clients.

Credit Check:

On agreed terms the ingoing tenant will be required to pay a fee of £85 to buttersjohnbee for the application and collation of references and credit data from a third party. The application process will, under normal circumstances take between two and five working days. The applicant will be required to complete a simple online form for submission to our credit reference agency. Application fee will be payable in advance and will not be refundable.
