Available for the end of January we have here a selection of double bedrooms all featuring en-suites and to be finished to a very high standard. One "room" will be a self-contained studio unit with its own private access, bathroom and cooking facilities. A second room will have twin hob cooking facilities. All rooms will have their own fridge and double bed as well as all the associated furnishings that you would come to expect. There is a shared high end kitchen/communal area to cook and relax in for all rooms and ample on street parking should you need it!

These rooms are for single occupancy only in this immaculate HMO. The property is currently under internal construction and as soon as we are able we will be booking viewings. You can register your interest now!!

This property is available with a Deposit Free option which means that instead of paying a traditional five weeks security deposit, you pay a fee of one weeks rent + VAT (subject to a minimum of £120 + VAT) to become a member of a deposit free renting scheme which significantly reduces the up-front costs. This fee is non-refundable and is not a deposit so cannot be used towards covering the cost of any future damage.
