After a few unsuccessful months of house hunting with other agents we finally found a house we liked with BJB. Pleasant phone call to arrange a viewing and great communication on the day. Cerys dealt with the sale and she was very professional and friendly via phone calls and emails. Very accommodating & professional, sold our house with Cheryl and from valuations, to booking viewings up to completion they have made it very smooth & easy for us. The office is very easy to contact as well if you ever had any queries. Before going with BJB, we had a few valuations from different companies who were hard to get hold of after, also didn't seem very professional. Would definitely recommend Butters John Bee!
