At what could have been a particularly stressful and emotional time, the sale of my parents bungalow, I could not have wished for a more efficient and professional service from the whole team at the Stafford office of Butters John Bee. However, one member of the team in particular, Laura Jones, kept me constantly updated throughout the whole process for which I am most grateful.

A really great, positive and professional branch, we had positive interactions from everyone from Steve the branch manager, Cath the administration team and our agent Daisy. Steve and the team were fantastic from start to finish. They got my home on the market within days of first contact and we were fortunate enough to have accepted an offer after the first lot of viewings. There were a few hiccups along the way, no fault of BJB, and during these times the team liaised with both myself and my buyers, keeping all parties in the loop throughout. We've experienced firsthand the Professional and Responsive services in one day which was truly amazing, we had an appointment booked for 16:45 and as we were running late Penny Ball waited for well over the allotted time, everything we'd definitely use and recommend BJB to families and friends.

From the initial valuation through to completion Butters have been marvellous. During the valuation a lot of research was evident and Phil Jones was very enthusiastic and gave a comprehensive analysis of the situation and produced detailed photographic particulars. Lynn Beecham, Jade and the girls quickly and efficiently arranged multiple viewings and achieved a sale in a week which I was most impressed with. Over a protracted and complicated sale that followed I was impressed with the support through this period from Lynn Beecham who I believe successfully coordinated the sale process to exchange of contracts.
