We requested a valuation from Butters John Bee Estate agents in Congleton and was very impressed with the professional manner this was undertaken by Amit Nayee the branch manager. Over the years I have been very sceptical about the service estate agents generally offer but following this appointment I have changed my mind. Not only did we get the valuation for our home in its current condition but recommendations for improvements which may add value and a discussion around our options financially.
