We requested a valuation from Butters John Bee Estate agents in Congleton and was very impressed with the professional manner this was undertaken by Amit Nayee the branch manager. Over the years I have been very sceptical about the service estate agents generally offer but following this appointment I have changed my mind. Not only did we get the valuation for our home in its current condition but recommendations for improvements which may add value and a discussion around our options financially. We were also given a broad understanding of the current market in our area. All together I was very impressed by Butters John Bee and would definitely BEE using again!

Cerys Owen did over and beyond to help us last Friday when we had our big move from one part of England to another! We arrived at our new home really very late into the night, and Cerys was kind enough to still come and hand the keys to us. Very accommodating & professional, sold our house with Cheryl and from valuations, to booking viewings up to completion they have made it very smooth & easy for us. The office is very easy to contact as well if you ever had any queries. Before going with BJB, we had a few valuations from different companies who were hard to get hold of after, also didn't seem very professional. Would definitely recommend Butters John Bee!
