Very accommodating & professional, sold our house with Cheryl and from valuations, to booking viewings up to completion they have made it very smooth & easy for us. The office is very easy to contact as well if you ever had any queries. I am using BJB for the sale of my property and the service and communication has been excellent. Everyone I have spoken to so far have been really friendly and helpful while Amit keeps me informed regularly on the process and is providing advice on the steps required for a first time seller. Suzanne at Butters John Bee has been amazing! We bought a property advertised with BJB and Suzanne was super helpful all the way through, liaising with the housing company (it was shared ownership) and also with the Solicitors, being persistent on our behalf and ensuring we completed successfully. She really did go above and beyond to help us get into our new home - have never known an estate agent to do so much to assist - often doing much more than our solicitors did to move things on! Just brilliant - would definitely recommend.
