Land & Development

BJB Land & Development Team works alongside the Commercial Team and deals with any land or property, either commercial or residential that is capable of residential redevelopment or conversion into residential use. We are based in Stoke-on-Trent and have in-depth knowledge of the residential land market in Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire and the West Midlands but have national coverage though our parent company Spicerhaart.

  • The Sale of any land or property with planning consent for residential development, either current or expired.
  • The Sale of houses with land attached and potential for additional dwellings.
