Alex Djukic MSc BSc

Alex grew up in Newcastle-under-Lyme, before moving north to Newcastle-upon-Tyne for University. He graduated from Northumbria University with an MSc in Real Estate in 2019 and took his first steps into surveying with Align Property services in 2021.  Here he would work in valuation, spending time valuing assets on behalf of Local Authorities across the North West. In 2021 an opportunity arose at Butters John Bee in the expanding Land & Development Team and where he could specialise in negotiating land deals. Since joining BJB Alex has played a pivotal role in the growth of the business, and specifically, the sale of land & development opportunities, helping the business win a number of internal awards. He has achieved this through his desire to get deals done and produce the best possible outcome for the client. Alex currently resides in Manchester, where his social endeavours as a failed footballer and DJ have not quite reflected the early success in his career.
