Joe Boulton

Joe grew up surrounded by the property market of North Staffordshire, assisting his parents with the operation of their property portfolio. This was what sparked a passion for the real estate industry, so after leaving college in 2022 he moved to Oxford, where he studied Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University. After graduating in 2025 Joe returned home and joined Butters John Bee to start off his career as a surveyor. He lives in Newcastle-Under-Lyme with his girlfriend, and in his spare time you will find him on the golf course.
